I remember one time someone using one of the breast self exam models but they are very expensive and don't have quite the right elasticity to be completely realistic

Then - I attended a conference with Cathy Carouthers as the speaker!
(Cathy if you are out there please fill in and/or correct as needed)

She uses these breast models from what she calls "the naughty store" for teaching hand expression, and I believe they work with the pump too.
(Hopefully someone else can chime in here) They are latex free, which i personally need too.

Considering our conference was right next to a mall with one of those "naughty stores" it's a wonder the store didn't get mobbed  ; )
