I make a policy of telling every mother who reports poor results from a
pump purchased (or rented) from another outlet to take it back and FIRMLY
demand their money back. Most of the boxes have a "satisfaction guaranteed"
statement somewhere in the fine print.

I have found that talking LOUDLY (to spouse, child, friend, or stranger!)
about the LOUSY PRODUCTS obtained IN THE STORE usually makes the proprietor
want to make the talking person HAPPY as quickly as possible (and quiet),
so they usually tend not to argue. Instead, they give the money back and
usher them out with assurances about other products, etc.

Last 10 women I have suggested this to have reported it worked like a CHARM!
Try it; you migth like it!
:-)

Def. of LC service: "We are all faced with a series of great opportunities
brilliantly disguised as impossible situations."
