OA glycerine slow release method:

While I've seen this method mentioned, I have yet to see any very detailed
instructions on exactly how to implement this in a beehive for the average
beekeeper.

By very detailed instructions, I mean exactly what medium (can I order it
on amazon for example), exactly how much glycerine, how to prepare the
glycerine, how to apply the OA to the glycerine, where to insert the device
in the hive, and how long exactly does it need to remain in the hive?
