I only sell a small amount of comb honey, and I have been satisfied with 
the method mentioned by others where 1 or 2 comb honey frames are 
occasionally put in some supers.  I just separate the frames with good 
enough quality comb honey before extracting.  Frames where the comb 
honey does not look good enough to sell go into the extractor and blow 
out, back to a foundationless frame.  I don't use any foundation in comb 
honey frames-- just an empty wooden frame with the top bar painted so I 
can see it.
