OK, for the record, I do not recommend tasting oxalic acid, unless you are
tasting it in spinach, chard, pepper, rhubarb, etc.
The 3.5% solution tastes like strong lemonade.  If you were inadvertently to
taste a little OA solution, it wouldn't hurt you in the least (no kidding).
You've got to eat a fair amount for a long time for kidney stones.  Read the
toxicological references in my article.
