Actually, I believe it was Marla Spivak who is credited with  Minnesota Hygienic queens.  As far as true Buckfast go,  look to the Ontario breeders.   I don't believe there are any true Buckfast queens available in the states.  True Buckfasts require regular importation of semen from, and royalties paid to the Buckfast Abbey in England.
