Hello Dick & All,

>At some point the writer says: Sucrose is made of Glucose and fructose. Do
any of you have trouble with this statement?

Not at all but the answer is both simple and complicated.
Here is the lab breakdown for HFCS from Weslaco:
SUGAR mg/ml
.Sucrose 25.2
Glucose 339.6
fructose 466.1
stachyose 8.3 (toxic to bees)
rafinase 5.2 (toxic to bees)

Bob
