I was approached the other day by a person who said that his grandmother, who is now deceased, used to take a mixture of cider vinegar and honey for rheumatism. Did I know the formula?

I have not heard of this before and wondered if anyone on the list has. I know that there are a lot of old tales around about some old remedies but I do know that these do work for some people and not others.

Can anyone help me with a formula for mixing the two.
