Thank you for your help! The one I am looking for is:

'Application of genotyping to study the diversity and provenance of managed and feral honey bees in the UK (Defra funded Seedcorn project)'

Ms. Thompson makes reference to it in her Thesis and indicates it was to be published imminently (i.e. c. 2012).

Of note, it shows up on the 'Completed Projects' page of the NBU, but no link provided:
