Apple says:
"you may contact our postmaster team by sending an email to [log in to unmask] with the following information:
Your company name
Your email domain
The IP addresses of the affected mail servers
The SMTP errors that you're getting from iCloud mail servers
A detailed description of the issue, including when it started"
If you need help with fixing this, happy to help next week when I get back to the USofA - this has happened before with several email providers, as discussions of "drone sperm", "fertile queens" and such can trigger various porn/obscenity filters. But this is likely just someone who subscribed to Bee-L, could not work out how to unsubscribe, and reported the messages as "spam" to make them stop coming.
But its really hard to warn people about not getting messages when they are not getting the messages.
