Has anyone seen any or is this an off year?

In my area, Black locust is just out as we speak. Not an impressive display and immediately turning brown. I'm not counting on a flow.

I saw black locust in northern New Jersey on the 16th while traveling down to DC. As I traveled further south approaching Virginia the bloom was gone. On the way back, three days later, the Jersey bloom was almost past. Not surprised you are not seeing any.
