Brian,  not elitism intended ,  BS has its place.  The comments are only in reference to the level of  skills.  BS has been a good source for beginners,  and now with new ownership may actually get better (the old owner liked to censor things)  

BS  is a great tool for give and take,  and some really good beekeepers there also.  Unfotrtunaly many of the good ones have dispersed.  One reason is that some of the same issues glen mentions,  separating the wheat from the Chaff.
