Hi,
Just a little information, I also have very fibrous breasts which create
soreness around that time of the month, however I did not have any issues with
breastfeeding my three sons. As a matter of fact some of my soreness actually
went away with breastfeeding, unfortunately to return later.
Hope this information will allay your clients fears.
