With such generalized eczema it would seem to be from an internal, not
external source. I would stop all dairy, totally. Minimum 2 weeks. Then
if no improvement, first DC nettles. No difference, try acidophilus. What
is source of acidophilus - dairy?? What sort of soap on baby clothes?
Baby shampoo? Smoking-mom? in home? Don't take away 2 things at once.
Some kids just have eczema in spite of everything. Imagine what the baby
would be like if formula fed!!
Sincerely, Pat in SNJ
