I have had several foster babies who had similar reactions to the car.
We found through experimentation that it seemed to be the scenery
"rushing" by that was the problem. Usually draping something
(blanket,etc) over the car seat to sheild baby from that sensation would
help. Sometimes nothing would. Passing lights (car,street) would really
cause trouble and since in the winter the lights are always on here it
made for stressful times.
