Dear Friends:

Dr. Miriam Labbok has written that if a mother breastfeeds before offering
complementary feeds, LAM can be effective up to 9 months. And if she pumps
as often as she would be breastfeeding, she can keep 96.5% protection from
pregnancy for up to 8 months.
