Unfortunately it is not a 'solution' for the HIV and breastfeeding dilemma.

Also, we may like it -- what about women in all the diverse cultural
settings where they are affected by HIV or the HIV prevention / treatment
measures in force?  Will it answer their dilemmas?

This is not to denigrate the idea, and I certainly think it is interesting,
but it raises so many questions for me.
