Could you also add that some practitioners do not like to prescribe without
diagnosis.  It is difficult to diagnose (and very expensive ) therefore the
practitioner feels as
if they are merely treating symptoms.  Maybe collectively we could encourage
some companies  to do more research and development with these symptoms,
diagnosis and cure(s).  They certainly appear to have big budgets for
consumer ads, how about R&D.
