I will also read up on the ketone issue - I hears that there's a doctor (LOIS JOVANOVIC) that recomends that pregrnant and breastfeeding moms stick to a very low carb diet, which in and of itself can make the body produce ketones.... so this must not have a harmful effect on the baby.
