To follow on the discussion on oxytocin and ventolin, I personally
was prescribed ventolin at 28 weeks pregnant due to prem labour.
Initally I was admitted and put on i.v ventolin to stop the labour
but went home 3 days later with a ventolin puffer. Everytime I felt
a contraction coming on, I had a puff, it was great.
