Entries in the competition had to be kept short eg written entries had a 5000-character limit. The WHO/UNICEF Global Strategy for Infant & Young Child Health incorporates the International Code for breastmilk substitutes & other protocols you would expect eg BFHI, Innocenti.

The financial structure of 'new' business ideas which are accepted is one of the things the non-profit wing of Virgin helps set up & as far as I can gather, that includes potential investors.
