Just a few thoughts on your case, late at nite: what is different about the
nite nursing? do they nurse lying down? i would avoid the bottle altogether.
a baby that age (almost 5 mos) can drink from a sippee cup. Perhaps he will
take that for his milk. The things that come to mind to rule out: oversupply
and OR overactive MER, reflux/gastritis, allergy (here mom could try a
spartan diet and add foods to see if one is a trigger). Good luck.
