I would recommend they read the book Nursing Mother, Working Mother by Gayle
Pryor. It is an excellent LLL book which supports the woman's choice/need to
work while providing hard facts to make nursing and working possible. For
example, it talks about when to start pumping and freezing milk, when to
introduce the bottle, and how to feed your child when you return home from
work. It is a big proponent of attachment parenting. If they read it, they
will know that success is possible.
