Er, let me get this straight. She has to stop bf with the patch, even
though she has been bf and smoking? Makes no sense at all....sometimes I
wonder if some people are *looking* for reasons to advise mothers to
stop....

The archives have some discussion about the way smoking and bf is better
for the baby than smoking and formula.
