Thanks to all for the input.   I rushed the last note, I apologise.  I should
have said SOME babies are receiving Narcan.  I don't know what proportion. or
what criteria are being used.  Next question - (rhetorical) - is this better or
worse for the babies (and mothers) than diamorphine?  ; )
