Wow, I wish NJ would take a lesson from SC!  Our C-sec rate is highest in US and I know some local hospitals with c sec rates in the high 40's!!!  And this is setting so many moms up for repeat c-secs  down the road, so I don't see rates getting better :-(
The reg people have passed a ruling on all hospitals achieving 10 steps, but that doesn't help  c sec rate.  Just hopefully we won't see so many train wrecks a few weeks later.  The legis  tried to pass a  bill that babies must be checked for TT, which is ridiculous because there is no training or standards or people who are willing to fix the problem :-(   Pat in SNJ
