Has anyone had experience with Syntocinon Nasal spray ? Has it truly been
helpful with let down? Will docs order it? I have searched the Archives and
no luck.
I also have a client who has asked numerous Physicians for a perscription of
Reglan to help her milk supply and they flatly refuse. How do you get through
this ?
I also am working with a client who had breast cancer 2 yrs ago and treated
with surgery, radiation, chemo. Has been cancer free for 1 yr and on
Tamoxifen. I have searched the archives and unable to find anything in Hales
book on this. She would like to breastfeed her soon to be adopted infant via
an SNS but I and her need some assurance that Tamoxifen is safe in case it
enters her milk. We are not planning induced lactation but SNS for the
attachment/bonding of infant and breastfeeding.
Thank you in advance.
