At Michelle's request I am passing on how I picked up her  attachment of the NY law. In the middle of her signature there was an icon of a letter with the MSWord emblem in the middle of it.  When I double clicked that, the entire text of the law showed up.  I don't know if that depends an supercompatibility between her machine and mine or what -- but that's how attachments arrive on all the lactnet posts, to my computer.
