Carol,

I love breastfeeding jokes. They can be a marvelous vehicle for teaching,
desensitizing, and just making people comfortable with a subject they may have
a good deal of discomfort with. I try to post a new one weekly in the
employee restroom in the facility where I work. We're working on becoming
Baby- Friendly and we need to have our consciousness raised regarding
breastfeeding to keep our goals clearly in sight. Even though the pervasive
attitude is pro-breastfeeding, it doesn't mean that there aren't a lot of
misconceptions running around. The jokes serve as a stepping off point to do
some educational tidbits more often than not. Guess we just have to do what
works...Keep the jokes coming!
