If you can't get a copy of AJN or the article, try your local public
library. I am a big library user and am constantly amazed at what the
reference librarians are able to get their hands on. I used to think if
it was a medical article, public libraries wouldn't have access to it.
But with the internet, libraries are able to access so many resources
that they can get practically anything. If they can't find an article
online, they can have it faxed to them for a patron request.

Warmly,
Pat Bucknell IBCLC, RLC
private practice (and also a member of my local library's Board of
Trustees)
