Hi All,
  Rob, thank you for having the courage to admit that you did not know
an answer, there is hope out there!
  On LactNet recently we had two posts from Marsha Walker on the topic,
2/28/98 Formula Recalls and 4/23/98 Formula and Recalls. Marsha has a
list of recalls and in the 2/28 post lists the FDA site to check on
recalls.
  This should get you the answers that you need.
