A funny story from the workplace

I saw a mother the other day with a 9 day old baby. She said she had
sore nipples, and as she went to feed the baby, I saw what I thought
was a huge scab on her nipple. When I mentioned to her that her
nipple did look very damaged, she looked surprised.
Turned out that the 'scab' was a flake of pastry which had fallen
down her bra and stuck to her nipple during lunch!!

I'm sure there's a moral to this story, but I don't know what.

Fiona
