Actually when I was having mega problems with recurring plugged ducts (and
now I know - oversupply) I found laying down  to nurse was a trouble maker.
 So I just didn't lay down for a long time.  Actually nursing in a
recliner, semi-sitting, worked fine.  Sincerely, Pat in SNJ
