I saw a similar incision here in PR done for a breast reduction.  The breast
looked terribly deformed, so I thought this was some sort of "crazy" MD.  As
there was nothing to do about it, I said nothing to the mom about the (to me)
unusual incision (which was done in South America - Venezuela, I think). I was
able to express some colostrum, but  very little came out, even though breasts
were full by discharge (c/s).  Never heard from her again, but I think she
really didn't plan to breastfeed, just asked to see the LC on her discharge day
to ask if it would be "possible" to breastfeed after surgery.
