Dear Lactnet Friends:

Chris Mulford, an international advocate for mothers and women and babies
and breastfeeding, suffered a massive stroke. She has been declared brain
dead and is on life support while her organs are being harvested. That's so
Chris, to keep giving even in death.

Chris was a Quaker, and there was always Light in her smile, and an
awareness of the Light in everyone in her dealings with people.
