I think the reason so many of us are reacting to green
stools is that we are generally dealing with the green
stools of babies whose mothers have sought
breastfeeding help for a perceived problem. We are not
breaking into the homes of happy babies & peeking into
their diapers!  This may be why, when a mom presents
with a problem, coincidentally accompanied by green
stools, resolving the problem seems to turn the stool
yellow...
