i agree with this.  I think it's very important to get out the
'exclusive breastfeeding for about six months, then breastmilk and
complementary foods (so as to clarify that I don't mean formula) for
some time after that.  The AAP guidelines say 'at least one year and as
long after that as desired by the mother and child.  The WHO recommend
at the very least, two years"
