There are so many small varibles with this study that was not looked at which can very much sckew the outcomes. 
How much was the infant getting of mothers own milk versus formula or human milk? How much was the human milk fortified (i.e 24,26,28kcal)? What was the human milk fortified with? 
If the human milk was fortified with anything other than human milk that completely throws off the entire study because you are then fortifying with formula or cows milk based human milk fortifier.
HORRIBLE study.
