Dear Jay

Hydergine (dihydroergotoxine mesilate) is used in France for cerebral
vascular accidents and intellectual deficit in old people. The only CI :
allergy to the product. Only iatrogenic effect related : nausea if taken on
an empty stomach, nasal congestion.
Very few pharmacokinetic datas. Do data for breastfeeding.
