I recommend feeding on cue, explaining very carefully that babies can
emit cues even when sleeping, and how to recognize a cue. LLL (Quebec)has
made an excellent video translated in English recently by LLL (Canada)
with the help of Health Canada: the cues are very well explained and
demonstrated.
