Dear Barb,
     Having been in similar circumstances with an LC that wasn't even IBCLC
wanting to take over the whole lactation world, I say let her try.  It is
virtually impossibe for one person to do all the LC work in your area.  Hang
in there.  Your reputation will stand the test of time.  It may be slow for
awhile.  My mother has a favorite saying for just such situations and moms
are always right--"the cream will come to the top".
BTW, this reference is NOT to cow's milk!   LOL.  Email me privately for more
