Ann,  You might want to go to LLLI( LA Leche League Int.) and Wellstart
for the info concerning BF support and programs in LAtin America.  As the
rep for LLLI I have attended many meetings in DC at the PAHO(Pan American
Health Organization) headquarters, also at State Dept. and Public Health
