HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL.
        I had a patient today who has a long term history of manic
depression and hypothroidism.  She's three days pp, on synthroid only and
has suffered a significant blood loss at delivery, she needed a
transfusion.  She's been pumping (baby is in NICU) for 24 hours and
getting a few drops only.  I mention her because of the discussion about
pp depression and hypothroidism and hypothroidism and insufficient
supply.  Hope she isn't one of those rare cases of Sheehans.  I'll keep
you all posted.
