Working with a client who has dealt with depression most of her life. Has
been on several different meds until she became pg. Now 5 months postpartum
and her depression is back in full and Psychiatrist wants her back on meds.
He has chosen Wellbutrin slow release 150mg am and hs. She has been on
others such as Paxil, Prozac etc without success. (she is BF). The Psych.
contacted PHN and requested her to assist the mom to wean due to the risks
of Wellbutrin and BF. Don't have the Tom Hale book on meds avail. here at
home and would desire some input.

Any insights or experiences would be much appreciated

Thank You
