Bell's palsy is probably not related to pregnancy or nursing.  It is
probably due to a virus.  If treatment is started early, prednisone is
supposed to make it recover more rapidly, though it will usually
recover completely anyway, though not always.  There is no need to
stop breastfeeding for the Bell's Palsy or the prednisone.
