Darillyn and others wondered what to replace bottles
with in ads- I think a snuggled baby is just fine. or
a happy baby sitting and smiling- Target's website had
one with a bottle last week that I saw right after I
had used my special survey code to comment on recent
changes at our local store that put the formula in the
baby department. I don't like the proximity. I
didn't like the homepage of target either. I don't
know if it's still there...

I think that bottles are a prop for people to give
kids to direct the children's play. I routinely hide
bottles in my UU church nursery and when I taught
pre-school this past winter.
