Yes, but, in the majority of cases, the blood is there in tiny amounts, the
baby is content and growing, and there is no reason to get all excited about
the blood.  Secondly, some of these babies get better if we increase the
amount of high fat milk they get (better latch, compression etc).  That
should be tried *first*.
