I can't imagine it either, Jan and I have personal experience and know moms
who BF for years.  I breastfed my middle daughter til seven and youngest til
six and if anyone was coerced-it was me!  "How 'bout I wean next year when
I'm five (or six, etc)" was what I heard when the girls and I discussed
weaning!  I've often even felt slight guilt for instituting weaning at their
ages even tho I knew they wouldn't have to bring me to college with them!!
