Dear Terry:
   Several thoughts on the oversupply. Has the mother had any sort of
metabolic work-up to look for other reasons for her galactorrhea?  Also,
perhaps using nipple shields for a few days, just to decrease nipple
stimulation and reduce prolactin levels? Good luck. Nikki
