   I do not recall the studies, I ran into them while doing reseach in a
children's hospital library... My recollection though is that they may be
under gastroenterology.....

   One of the arguemnts that is easier to locate soureces for is that the
baby does not have the enzyme's to dijest the cereal at that age...so...
